Builder Fidelis Signature Homes Announces Two New Forsyth County

Atlanta, GA - Since opening for sales in the spring of 2007, The
Cottages at Creekstone, a private enclave of homes tucked at the edge
of Creekstone Estates, has enjoyed wonderful market response and
successful sales. Building on the success of its premier community,

construction on two additional Forsyth County communities, The
Cottages at Dave’s Creek and Braemar.

Pre-sales for Braemar will be accepted beginning January 2008.

offered at The Cottages at Creekstone, however, based on the positive
feedback from the community, Fidelis Signature Homes is incorporating
several new floor plans with additional features. Homes in all three
communities are priced from the mid $400,000s.
